On July 8th, the new District Governor, Dan Cortese visited the Central Ocean Rotary club. Dr. Anthony DiFlumeri was recognized for his past service as club president. Glynis Wray was welcomed into the club as their first Rotary apprentice.
Rotary International is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
The club meets at 12:15 at Artisan's in Toms River on Tuesdays.
